Designed by Armen Kanayan and his team Lotus Plaza shopping mall received two prestigious international ProEstate & Toby Awards. Lotus Plaza was recognized as the best shopping mall in Russia for two categories: "The best project in the nomination from 150,000 to 400,000 sq.ft. and the best architectural solution for a commercial real estate object."
