Mega Mall Armenia opens its doors to the public

On October 24, 2019, Mega Mall Armenia opened its doors to the public. The largest shopping center in Armenia, Mega Mall Armenia occupies a total area of 966,000 square feet in Yerevan. As one of the most significant shopping malls in the Caucasus region, Mega Mall Armenia can accommodate all districts of Yerevan and is welcome to all residents of Armenia and tourists.

The shopping and entertainment center “Mega Mall Armenia” boasts a large selection of international brands of fashionable goods, the hypermarket “Yerevan City” and the largest unique children’s amusement park “Magic Land” in Transcaucasia. The center provides spacious atriums, galleries and tons of places to host events. The shopping center has held several concerts and holiday celebrations, including popular Armenian singers and dance groups who performed for the public.

For our company, the Mega Mall Armenia project is of particular importance. Consultants of “Retail Design Pro” guided the project from the very start, working on marketing research and conceptualization. Kira, Ruben and Armen Kanayan repeatedly came to Yerevan during the construction stage of the shopping center collaborating with Armenian architects on the center’s layout and design. The design department, headed by Armen Kanayan, developed a unique design for the facade and interior of the shopping center. The design manages to emphasize the scale and modernity of the shopping and entertainment center while also incorporating the historical and cultural heritage of Armenia. The brand’s style adds national flavor to the modern interpretation of the shopping center.
