Last night, the PROESTATE & TOBY AWARDS 2020 award ceremony took place, and the Lotus Plaza shopping center (2nd stage) was recognized as the best in two categories: The best project in the nomination from 15,000 to 40,000 sq.m. (regions of Russia). And the best architectural solution for a commercial real estate object in 2020. Please accept our sincere congratulations as our partners and authors of the architectural project!!!
Together, we launched several successful retail projects, such as the Ak Bota 3-storey children’s store, the Mir Vkusa (World of Delicacies) chain of gourmet supermarkets, and the Vkusmart chain of affordable supermarkets. We are always sure that the result of cooperation will be a bright and efficient retail facility.

The developed and well-thought-out design of the navigation system perfectly fit the interior design, and gave the center the atmosphere of a charming European downtown shopping district.

Goodwill is one of the most visited supermarkets in Tbilisi – the capital of the Republic of Georgia. In 2020, Retail Design Pro developed the concept, layout and design project for a complete restyling of the hypermaket Goodwill Saburtalo.
On October 24, 2019, Mega Mall Armenia opened its doors to the public. The largest shopping center in Armenia, Mega Mall Armenia occupies area of 966,000 sq. ft. As one of the most significant shopping malls in the Caucasus region, “Mega Mall Armenia” became very important retail, entertainment & public space with unique tenant mix that can attract visitors from all districts of Yerevan, nearby towns, and tourists.
